This technical review focuses on the current state of knowledge about effects of growing, managing, and harvesting feedstocks for bioenergy on wildlife and wildlife habitat – the portion of the bioenergy supply chain that will likely have the greatest direct and indirect effects on wildlife and wildlife habitat.
Set to be released Fall 2019 by Johns Hopkins University Press, “Renewable Energy and Wildlife Conservation” is a collection of the current state of knowledge for renewable energy and wildlife conservation and provides a platform for future wildlife research in the burgeoning field of renewable energy ecology.
At Enviroscapes Ecological Consulting, we believe in the scientific process that culminates with the dissemination of research findings through peer-reviewed outlets and professional meetings. The peer-reviewed process adds credibility to the work we do and provides an opportunity to share ideas and improve our end product by involving the input of other professionals.
