
Certified Wildlife Biologist
Dr. Susan P. Rupp (Owner) has 20 years of experience as a research biologist evaluating wildlife/habitat relationships, especially in relation to large-scale disturbance events. Dr. Rupp ‘s recent interest includes evaluating the economic and biological effects of bioenergy production on wildlife and wildlife habitat. Dr. Rupp graduated as a University Honors Scholar from Colorado State University with a double major in Biology and Wildlife Biology and minor in Spanish. She completed both her Masters and PhD degrees in the Department of Range, Wildlife, and Fisheries Management at Texas Tech University. She has worked for the Colorado Division of Wildlife, New Mexico Department of Game and Fish, and Los Alamos National Laboratory. Dr. Rupp is a registered Certified Wildlife Biologist with The Wildlife Society and has actively published in several peer-reviewed outlets.
